Hours: Monday to Friday, 8-hour days

Rates:
Fitter: £26.00 per hour
Mate: £16.00 per hour

Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced Ductwork Fitter and Mate (Duct Pair) for a commercial project in Newcastle. This is a 1-month job with an immediate start. The role involves the installation of galvanised (tin) ductwork and is ideal for a reliable, consistent team capable of delivering high-quality work from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install galvanised (tin) ductwork systems to specification
• Read and interpret technical drawings
• Maintain a safe and tidy working environment
• Work effectively as a team to meet project deadlines

Requirements

Fitter:

• Valid Blue CSCS Card
• Own tools
• Full PPE
• Experience with both rectangular and spiral ductwork
• Ability to lead and work efficiently with a mate

Mate:

• Valid Green CSCS Card
• Basic hand tools (preferred)
• Full PPE
• Previous experience assisting with ductwork (preferred)
