Role

Senior Quantity Surveyor required to manage commercial work on major housing sites within the local region. This is a Newcastle based positioned in the regional office and visiting sites. The work pattern is typical 8.30am to 5pm with a level of informal flexibility.

Experience Required

A quantity surveying background within a developer organisation and knowledge of the housing sector is essential. Capability with software such as COINS is distinctly advantageous.
