Civils Labourer Required - North East | Long-Term Opportunity Location: Across the North East (predominantly Gateshead & Newcastle)
Pay Rate: £16.84 per hour (UMB) or £14.25 per hour (PAYE PIR)
Hours: 39 hours per week

Duration: Long-term opportunity Daniel Owen are currently looking for an experienced Civils Labourer to join a long-term social housing contract covering the North East, primarily Gateshead and Newcastle, although travel to other locations across the region may be required. Duties will include: Assisting with groundwork and civils operations
Supporting bricklayers with domestic brickwork repairs
Excavation and reinstatement works
Preparing work areas and moving materials
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Working as part of a team on occupied domestic propertiesRequirements: Valid CSCS Card (essential)
Previous experience in civils, groundworks or construction labouring
Must hold a full UK driving licence and have your own transport
