We're recruiting for an experienced Mechanical & Electrical Project Manager to oversee a range of building services and construction projects in the Neath/Swansea area. This is a key role leading M&E operations from planning through to delivery, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage M&E elements of multiple live projects
Oversee planning, procurement, and subcontractor coordination
Monitor progress, budgets, and timescales
Ensure health & safety compliance on site
Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams
Lead project handover, snagging, and final completion
