Sales Executive (Office Based)

Location: Nantwich, Cheshire
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 (dependent on experience) + Commission
Working Hours: Full-time, Monday-Friday

A well-established and fast-growing construction manufacturer is looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join their friendly office-based team. If you enjoy building relationships, speaking with customers, and taking ownership of your accounts, this role offers a great blend of autonomy, support and long-term potential.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Following up on existing quotations and tenders to help convert warm opportunities.
• Responding to new enquiries via phone, email and online platforms.
• Preparing tailored quotations and providing product information to customers.
• Managing your own portfolio of client accounts and building long-term relationships.
• Keeping your activity logs and customer records accurate and up to date.
• Contributing to team sales meetings and working towards agreed targets.
• Occasionally going out to customer locations.

What We’re Looking For

You don’t need a construction background — enthusiasm, communication skills and a proactive attitude go a long way here.

• Previous sales experience is helpful, but not essential.
• Experience in construction or steelwork is a bonus, but full training is available.
• A positive, self-motivated and driven personality.
• Confident communicator with a friendly and professional manner.
• Comfortable handling multiple tasks and working in a fast-paced environment.
• Good IT skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, Google Docs, quoting systems).
• A team player who enjoys contributing to shared goals.
• Willingness to attend occasional site meetings.
