We are looking for a proactive Assistant Site Manager to join a respected main contractor on a new-build care home scheme, due to start on site at the June. The project will deliver a high-specification, modern care facility, with a strong focus on quality, safety, and programme control.

Key Responsibilities
Support the Site Manager with day-to-day site operations
Supervise trades and subcontractors to ensure works are completed safely and efficiently
Assist in maintaining site records, inductions, and daily briefings
Monitor site H&S compliance and report issues as required
Track progress against programme and assist with scheduling
Liaise with deliveries and coordinate site logistics
Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the build
Requirements
Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager, Site Supervisor, or similar role
Background in residential, care, or healthcare construction preferred
Valid SMSTS or SSSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certificates
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with site and office teams
