We're recruiting for an experienced
Site Manager in Morpeth, NE61 1AG
with strong
roads and sewers
experience to join a leading civil engineering and groundworks contractor on a
permanent basis
. You'll oversee the delivery of infrastructure works on new-build housing developments, ensuring quality, safety and programme performance across all R&S activities.
The Role
-
Manage day‑to‑day operations for
roads, sewers, drainage and associated groundworks

Coordinate trades, subcontractors and materials
-
Maintain standards of
health & safety, quality and compliance
-
Ensure works are delivered on schedule and in line with client specifications
-
Liaise with site teams, engineers and project managers to keep projects progressing smoothly
About You
-
Proven experience managing
roads & sewers
on residential schemes
-
Strong understanding of civils, drainage and adoptable standards (S38/S104)
-
Confident coordinating teams and maintaining high site standards
-
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Requirements

(Managers card preferred)

Full UK driving licence
