Duties Labourer

• Performing general site clearance, debris removal, and organisation of materials
• Assisting with basic construction tasks such as mixing materials or setting foundations
• Conducting routine maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure safety and functionality
• Supporting team members with specialised tasks related to horticulture or building works as required

Skills Labourer

• Experience or interest in landscape maintenance, gardening, or horticulture
• Mechanical knowledge relevant to maintaining tools and small machinery
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and gardening equipment safely
• Ability to operate an excavator (training provided if necessary)
• Knowledge of irrigation systems installation and upkeep
• Basic understanding of construction processes and site safety procedures
