Join a leading Tier 1 construction contractor as a Document Controller, where you will play a crucial role in managing and controlling project documentation. This permanent position requires a candidate with specific experience in the Procore document control system. The role is based on-site from Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, with potential flexibility as you become more established within the company.
Day-to-day of the role:

Manage and control all project documentation to ensure accuracy and quality.

Coordinate with various teams to ensure all documents are correctly filed and easily accessible.

Manage the setup of new sites/projects.

Monitor the flow of documents between internal and external parties.

Ensure compliance with submission dates.

Prepare review packs for project teams.

Keep master office copies and drawing logs up-to-date.

Print and organise hard copies as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Document Controller within the construction sector or similar industries such as rail or civil engineering.

Essential experience using the Procore document control system.

Proficiency in using document management software and tools.

On-site or head office experience is crucial for this role.
