Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Updating transactions and relevant spreadsheets correctly and efficiently
• Processing sales invoices
• Credit control and debtor management
• Producing management accounts
• Preparing annual budgets
• Payroll
• Preparing VAT returns
• Maintaining Cashflow
• Producing budgets and forecasting
• Bank reconciliation
• Preparing and updating payment sheets for sub-contractors and suppliers
• Arranging sub-contractor payments
• Calculating and payments of CIS
• Producing detailed job costing presentations
