A highly regarded law firm in Milton Keynes is looking to add a talented Property Litigation Solicitor to their growing disputes team.

Do you want complex, high-quality property disputes for an impressive portfolio of commercial clients, in parallel of genuine career progression? Then step into this firm with excellent mentoring and autonomy to develop you own practice.

The Role

You will advise on a varied caseload including:

• Commercial landlord and tenant disputes
• Development and construction-related property disputes
• Easements, restrictive covenants and rights of way
• Rights of light disputes
• Boundary and land ownership disputes
• Possession claims and other real estate litigation matters

You will manage your own caseload while also assisting senior colleagues on larger, more complex disputes, gaining exposure to high-value and technically challenging work.

About You

The successful candidate will ideally have:

• 3+ years' PQE in litigation
• Property litigation experience, or a genuine interest in developing within this specialist area
• Excellent technical and analytical skills
• Strong communication and client relationship management abilities
• A proactive, organised and commercially minded approach
• An interest in business development and building long-term client relationships
