An established healthcare organisation is seeking an experienced Plumber to join their Estates & Facilities team. This is a hands-on role supporting the maintenance and operation of a busy, technically complex environment.

Location: Milton Keynes

Salary: £40,500

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

• To perform maintenance, repair and installation work, including activities which are technically intricate and/or non-routine
• Responsible for calibration and fault-finding on a wide range of engineering plant and equipment (low pressure hot water systems, steam raising plant, Air Handling Units, steam sterilisers and associated equipment)
• Undertaking maintenance repairs and minor improvement across the Trust as directed by Management, ensuring compliance with Trust safety standards and procedures
• To undertake the day to day planned preventive maintenance duties and repairs.
• Checks and testing of the complete spectrum of services found in a building services environment
• Mechanical Fault Finding
• Boiler Plant Treatment checks

About You

• Proven experience in a plumbing or mechanical maintenance role
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
• Knowledge of building services systems and maintenance practices
• Understanding of health & safety compliance within a maintenance setting
