An excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to deliver a challenging but attractive regeneration scheme (commercial building) in Teesside.

The Company

An established, successful main contractor with a regular pipeline of work in the North East and an excellent employee offering.

The Role

Full Project Management responsibility for the delivery of the project (£10-£15m value), reporting to the Project Director.

Experience Required

Experience as Project Lead on projects up to £20m in value, and ideally experience of managing complex logistics and site access.

Remuneration

£60,000 to £65,000 per annum plus vehicle and attractive wider benefits.
