Description

Payroll isn't just about numbers-it's about people. It's about making sure everyone gets paid correctly and on time, that pensions are sorted, and that everything ticks along just as it should. If you love structure, enjoy problem-solving, and like being the go-to person for all things payroll, this role could be perfect for you.

So, what would you actually be doing?
  • Keeping an eye on time management systems, making sure they're accurate and up to date.
  • Working closely with HR-because let's be honest, payroll and HR go hand in hand!
  • Handling pensions, making sure everything is uploaded properly and payments go out smoothly.
  • Sorting out all those important documents like P60s, P11Ds, and P45s.
  • Providing key payroll reports that help the business make important decisions.
  • Being the friendly expert when people have payroll or pension questions.
  • Keeping records up to date and making sure everything is in line with government policies.
  • Staying on top of payroll legislation so we're always ahead of any changes.
