B2B Customer Service Agent, Marlow:

All areas of B2B - Business to business customer service

Working in a fast paced environment and liaising with customers, warehouse and 3PL

Good knowledge of Excel and ideally experience of Salesforce and/or SAP

Act as a key contact for business customers, handling enquiries and providing expert support.

Process and manage orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

Work closely with sales teams to support client relationships and business growth.

Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to track shipments and resolve issues.

Maintain accurate customer records within internal systems.

Handle warranty claims, returns, and after-sales support efficiently.

Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and overall experience.

Contribute to departmental goals, supporting a culture of continuous improvement.

Job Offer
