Your new role
As Site Manager, you’ll take ownership of day-to-day site operations on a major highways scheme. You’ll coordinate subcontractors, manage site teams, ensure compliance with health & safety standards, and drive programme delivery. You’ll report to the Project Manager and play a key role in stakeholder communication and site progress reporting.
What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience managing highways or civil engineering projects
• SMSTS, CSCS (Gold or Black), and First Aid certification
• Strong understanding of temporary works, traffic management, and CDM regulations
• Ability to lead teams, manage subcontractors, and deliver to tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
