Remuneration: £45,000 - £50,000+ up to £12,000 bonus (£500 per month bonus guaranteed first year)

Area to be covered: North (ideally based M62 corridor) Sheffield to Leeds

The role of the Technical Sales Manager - Anchors & Fixings will involve:

• Field sales position selling a high end range of manufactured anchor fixings & fastenings for OEM applications
• All of your time will be spent selling to a OEM / manufacturers who supply fixings, anchors as a package with their products such: Leviat, Keystone, Zip-Clip, Kone, Schindler Lifts etc
• Targeted to achieve circa £70k-£80k, once up & running will be expected to grow this to £100k per month (2/3 years)
• Good blend of account management and new business
• Developing sales plans to achieve successful profit margin, market share and account penetration
• Will invest / provide you with training courses in sales & leadership with a clear pathway to progression within the business

The ideal applicant will be Technical Sales Manager - Anchors & Fixings with:

• Must have sold anchors / fixings
• Would consider any route to market
• Ideally OEM route to market however not essential
• Able to both manage and expand existing relationships and generating new business relationships
• Commercially astute, professional, organised
• Solution based sales approach, positive, professional and customer service orientated
