Your Role
As a
Structural Engineer
, you’ll play a key role in designing and delivering high-quality residential projects. From extensions and refurbishments to new-build developments, you’ll be involved in all aspects of structural design and analysis.

Design & Analysis
– Produce structural designs for residential projects using steel, concrete, timber, and masonry.
??
Technical Excellence
– Ensure designs comply with industry standards and regulations.
??
Collaboration
– Work closely with architects, contractors, and clients to bring projects to life.
??
Site Inspections
– Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and provide engineering solutions.
??
Growth & Development
– Receive one-on-one mentoring from a Chartered Engineer to support your professional development.
What You Bring
??
Experience
– Minimum
3 years’ experience
working on residential structural projects.
??
Qualifications
– A degree in
Civil or Structural Engineering
(BEng/MEng). Working towards Chartership (CEng or IStructE) is a plus.
??
Technical Skills
– Strong knowledge of structural design and analysis. Experience with
Tekla Tedds, AutoCAD, or similar software
is desirable.

Problem-Solving Mindset
– A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to engineering challenges.

Communication Skills
– Ability to explain technical concepts to clients, architects, and contractors.
