About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic solicitor with experience in real estate finance to work on high-profile, complex transactions with a diverse range of clients, including banks, private equity firms, and institutional investors. You will play an integral role in advising clients on secured lending, property acquisitions, development financing, and portfolio refinancing. Your expertise will contribute to the team's continued success and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on a broad spectrum of real estate finance matters, including secured lending, investment finance, and development finance.
• Draft, review, and negotiate key documentation such as loan agreements, security documents, and facility agreements.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing high-quality, commercial advice.
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments, including real estate, construction, and banking.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments, trends, and changes in legislation.
• Supervise and mentor junior members of the team as required.

Skills & Experience

• Qualified solicitor (3+ Years PQE) with experience in real estate finance gained from a reputable law firm or in-house team.
• Strong technical knowledge of real estate finance law, including loan structures, secured lending, and refinancing.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues alike.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive, team-oriented approach with a passion for developing your expertise in this area of law.
