We are seeking a Property Manager to oversee a large multi-tenant commercial property in East Manchester. This Grade II listed building requires a dedicated professional to act as the representative of the property developer, managing over 150 tenants. The role encompasses a broad range of responsibilities from tenant liaison to facilities management and compliance with safety and building regulations.
Day-to-day of the role:

Act as the primary point of contact for over 150 tenants, addressing their needs and ensuring a high level of tenant satisfaction.

Ensure the smooth operation of the site, including the management of facilities and adherence to safety and building regulations.

Coordinate with contractors for ongoing refurbishment and improvement works.

Assist in managing the site’s operational budget, monitor expenditure, and manage contracts with service providers.

Ensure compliance with health and safety, fire safety, and environmental regulations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in managing multi-tenanted commercial properties.

Comprehensive knowledge of building management systems, remedial works, and compliance requirements.

Good understanding of RICS guidelines; membership of RICS is preferred.

Proficiency in budgeting, financial management, and reporting.

Familiarity with health and safety, fire safety, and environmental regulations.

Ability to manage contractors and oversee works effectively.

Bachelor’s degree in facilities management, construction, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
