We are looking for a high-energy, process-driven graduate with some account management experience to take ownership of client projects, ensuring the seamless deployment of our energy reduction solutions. The successful Project Manager / Account Manager must be able to multi-task, manage timelines, and coordinate between clients, manufacturers, and our in-house installation teams.
This is a client-facing role, requiring excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to problem-solve under pressure. The right candidate will be comfortable taking responsibility for high-value projects, liaising with some of the UK’s largest brands, and ensuring a smooth process from initial pilot to full rollout (12-24 months).
Key Responsibilities for our new Account Manager

Project Ownership - Oversee the end-to-end deployment of energy reduction solutions.

Client Communication - Serve as the main point of contact, providing regular updates and branded reports.

Process & Timeline Management - Ensure all installations adhere to agreed schedules and quality standards.

Cross-Team Coordination - Liaise between manufacturers, logistics, clients, installation teams, and data analysts.

Technical & Compliance - Manage RAMS, site surveys, accreditations, and documentation for each project.

Reporting & Documentation - Prepare weekly reports, PowerPoint presentations, and client updates.
Key Skills & Requirements

Process-Driven & Organised - Must be proactive and take full ownership of projects.

Client-Facing & Communicative - Confident in handling multiple stakeholders and ensuring smooth project delivery.

Technical Proficiency - Excel, Word, PowerPoint (Adobe experience is a plus).

Flexibility & Commitment - Willing to answer calls outside working hours when installations are live.

Experience in Account/Project Management - Ideally, some industry experience in energy, B2B technology, or construction-related projects.

Salary:
£30,000 + Quarterly Bonus (Based on Successful Deployment)
