This client are a RIBA, RICS and CIAT approved 50-person strong practice consisting of Architects, Project Managers, Consultants, Building Surveyors, Designers and a Management team. With the project teams plans to grow to ten by the end of the year, this is the perfect time to come on board.
Your Role
As a Project Manager, you will:
Lead and oversee a variety of large-scale projects within the sectors not limited to but including Logistics, Industrial, and Mixed-Use sectors from initiation to delivery.
Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, while collaborating closely with clients and internal teams to develop strategic execution plans.
Identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring smooth project progression.
Manage all project documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communications to maintain transparency and alignment throughout the process.
