Description

Planning and executing work schedules in line with project timelines.

Ensuring all works are completed to the highest standard and in compliance with industry regulations.

Liaising with team members and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.

Contributing to the development of project strategies and plans.

Identifying and addressing any potential issues or delays in the construction process.

Maintaining accurate records and providing regular updates on project progress.
-
Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.

Assisting in the training and development of less experienced team members.
Profile
A successful Planned Works should have:

A strong understanding and experience in the Construction industry.

Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.

A commitment to health and safety, with a track record of adhering to regulations.

REQUIRED: Experience of Planned works / Delivery within Social Housing.
