The purpose of this role is to lead the assigned engineering scope within Large Projects, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions on time and within budget. The role is accountable for maximizing value engineering for our customers while increasing the project share of wallet.
A key responsibility is to lead, coach, and support Design Engineers in delivering complex technical solutions under demanding project conditions, using a structured, proactive, and self-driven approach.
The Lead Engineer role is part of the Regional Project Management Office (PMO) organization and reports to PMO Manager in GB
