Description

  • Manage and develop relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities with Architects, Contractors and End users.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate quotations tailored to client requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with the external sales team to ensure seamless client experiences.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Provide prompt and professional responses to client queries and requests.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities.


Profile

A successful Internal Sales Engineer should have:

  • Previous experience in an internal sales role.
  • Technical understanding/experience within in Construction would be highly advantageous.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • A results-driven mindset and the ability to meet sales targets.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
  • Based in Greater Manchester (2/3 days in the office)
