Fawkes and Reece are currently recruiting for a freelance Site Manager to start in the New Year. The client is after a Site Manager who has experience in New Build Apartments.

The Role

The project you will be working on will be a New Build Apartment Block. You will manage the project, including the ground and up.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Deliver projects within time & budget
• Variation works
• Material call offs
• Management of staff ensuring they carry out their duties in accordance with policies and procedures
• Effective Health and Safety Management
• Assist in the achievement of set project targets
• Maintaining quality control checks
• Day to day problem solving and dealing with any issues that arise

Required Qualifications/Experience

• Experience working for Main Contractors is preferred
• Experience on new build projects, preferably apartment blocks
• Experience on refurbishment projects
• CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid, Asbestos Awareness
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a Site Managers position
