We're working with a client in Greater Manchester to recruit an experienced Compliance Facilities Manager for an interim assignment. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a critical role, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency over a 3-6 month period.

As the Interim Compliance Facilities Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing statutory compliance, health & safety, and contractor management. Your expertise will be pivotal in maintaining regulatory standards and addressing compliance priorities during this transitional period.

• Lead on statutory compliance across key areas, including fire safety, water hygiene, and electrical testing.
• Ensure all facilities management operations meet regulatory and quality standards.
• Manage contractor relationships, ensuring seamless service delivery.
• Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify and address compliance gaps.
• Champion health & safety initiatives, fostering a culture of safety and compliance.
