? Contracts Manager - Commercial Fit-Out & Refurbishment

Salary: £45,000-£50,000 + Company Car

Location: Office-based with site visits(UK-wide) .

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing, commercial contractor that's scaling rapidly.

You'll be joining a close-knit team with a strong culture of collaboration and hands-on delivery.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing multiple live projects and reactive works, with job values up to £1.5M
• Overseeing budgeting, staff check-ins, and ensuring delivery targets are met
• Liaising with the QS and Estimator to ensure smooth project execution
• Reporting directly to the Operations Manager
• Working across commercial, retail, and refurbishment projects

What We're Looking For

• Strong trade background
• Experience in commercial, retail, or refurbishment sectors
• SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS Card (essential)
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously
• Confident communicator with a proactive mindset
