A small, growing Project Management Construction Consultancy in Manchester is on the lookout for a proficient Construction Project Manager to join their dynamic team.

The Construction Project Manager Role

The incoming Project Manager will have the opportunity to work on several High-End Commercial builds as well as High-End Residential, Student Accommodation, Sport & Leisure, Hotels and Healthcare schemes up to £220M.

With a growing portfolio and working solely as Project Manager's, you will work with the current team to fulfil Project Management, Employer's Agent, Contract Administration and Development Management duties.

The role comes with fantastic opportunity for long term progression to a Senior Project Manager role as well as the support of the current Chartered senior team with further professional qualifications and development to help you hit all goals short and long term.

The Construction Project Manager

The successful Project Manager will thrive in a close knit team, someone eager to join a small but growing firm with a strong reputation and enviable company culture. You will also have:

• 2+ years of Project Manager experience within a UK Construction Consultancy
• A Construction related degree qualification

• Accredited by RICS, APM or CIOB - or committed to achieving
• Articulate, communicative and client-facing
• Prior Employer's Agent or Contract Administration experience is ideal
