A well-established architectural practice is looking for an Architectural Job Runner to join its Manchester studio. With over 25 years of experience delivering high-quality projects, this award-winning firm has grown into a team of circa 80 talented professionals. They work across a diverse range of sectors, including healthcare, residential, education, commercial, and industrial.

The Role:

• Managing projects from concept to completion, ensuring seamless delivery.
• Coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors throughout all project stages.
• Producing detailed technical drawings and specifications using Revit (essential).
• Overseeing site progress, problem-solving, and ensuring design intent is maintained.
• Managing project teams and maintaining excellent communication with stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Revit proficiency is essential, candidates must be confident working in a BIM environment.
• Strong experience in running projects independently.
• Knowledge of the UK building regulations and construction methodologies.
• Previous healthcare sector experience would be beneficial.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
