Job Description

We’re looking for an Electrician to join a leading Security & Access Control company working with major UK Utility clients under the National Grid Technology Framework .

UK travel required – Full UK Driving Licence essential.

· City & Guilds NVQ Level 3
· City & Guilds 2391-52 Testing & Inspection
· 17th / 18th Edition Certification
· CSCS / ECS Card
· Manual Handling
· Full UK Driving Licence with good record
· Able to pass background & drug tests (Drug-Free Workplace)

· SCO 1 & 2 / SCO 91 – Gas
· National Grid Person / Competent Person – Substation
· EUSR Safety, Health & Environmental Awareness – Gas
· Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW)

· Carry out installation, inspection, testing, and maintenance of electrical and access control systems
· Work on 3-phase and single-phase systems, including fault finding and cabling
· Follow company policies , safety standards , and industry regulations
· Maintain site tidiness and quality workmanship
· Communicate effectively with managers, team, and clients
· Manage time efficiently and meet deadlines
· Work safely and professionally across industrial and commercial sites
