Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the company's marketing strategy.
• Manage digital, social media, website and email marketing activity.
• Lead the production of PQQs, SQs, tender submissions and client presentations.
• Create case studies, project profiles and award submissions.
• Work closely with pre-construction, estimating and business development teams to help secure new business opportunities.
• Manage branding, events and client engagement initiatives.

Essential Requirements

• Previous Marketing Manager experience within the construction, property or built environment sector.
• Demonstrable pre-construction and bid management experience is essential.
• Strong understanding of PQQs, SQs, framework bids and tender submissions.
• Excellent content writing, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
