Your duties will include:

• Building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates
• Conducting candidate interviews and assessments
• Developing tailored recruitment strategies to meet client needs.
• Providing exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates
• Keeping up to date with industry trends and market developments

Requirements:

• Previous experience in recruitment, particularly within the Mechanical & Electrical sector
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to meet targets and deadlines.
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with a drive for success
