A leading Property Maintenance Contractor is seeking an experienced Site Manager for an internal painting project in Manchester. This position offers a temp-to-perm opportunity. Current project is for around 18 months!
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day painting operations and site teams
- Liaise with clients and internal teams
- Manage a team of 8 – 12 people
- Manage labour, materials, and equipment
- Ensure high standards of quality and safety compliance
- Maintain accurate site records
Required:
- Experience as a Site Manager with painting experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- IT proficiency
- Confidence in managing multiple projects simultaneously
- SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, and a Full UK Driving Licence are essential
