Plot Drainage Operatives Wanted

We're looking for skilled Drainage Operatives to join our team, delivering high-quality groundworks and civil engineering projects. A valid Dumper ticket is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret site plans and technical drawings




• Set up trench supports, drag boxes, and manhole boxes




• Install concrete, clay, and plastic drainage pipes using pipe lasers




• Manage groundwater using pumps and appropriate methods




• Backfill trenches and bench manholes




• Carry out internal and external drainage works




• Work safely around live services




• Perform kerbing, paving, and landscaping tasks




• Complete daily safety checks on plant and equipment

Requirements:

• CSCS card (or equivalent)




• 5+ years experience in groundworks and drainage




• Confined space training (advantageous)




• CPCS/NPORS (CSCS-affiliated) plant operator tickets




• Reliable, proactive, and a strong team player




• Right to work in the UK
