I am looking for a Contracts Manager to join a housing association in Shropshire with only 1 day of office working per week. 75% of this position is based out on site.
Contracts Manager duties:
Ensure that programmed works are completed within time and on budget
Be responsible for the delivery of an annual single investment plan across the property portfolio, with emphasis on Major works, DMC, Structural works, Major Aids & Adaptations whilst maintaining Decent Homes Standard.
What is required for the role:
Proven experience managing contracts
Experience in Social Housing
Relevant trade qualifications
M&E & Retrofit knowledge - desirable
