Are you looking for a Interim Contracts Manager role to start a new role as soon as possible?

I am looking for a Contracts Manager to join a housing association in Shropshire with only 1 day of office working per week. 75% of this position is based out on site.

Contracts Manager duties:
  • Ensure that programmed works are completed within time and on budget
  • Be responsible for the delivery of an annual single investment plan across the property portfolio, with emphasis on Major works, DMC, Structural works, Major Aids & Adaptations whilst maintaining Decent Homes Standard.

What is required for the role:
  • Proven experience managing contracts
  • Experience in Social Housing
  • Relevant trade qualifications
  • M&E & Retrofit knowledge - desirable
