Your new role
As Foreperson, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of the refurbishment of an education scheme in Derry City. You will be required to oversee the subcontractors and direct labour in order to meet the programme of works. You will be responsible for carrying out audits, inspections and quality control along with undertaking any site inductions as required. You will liaise with senior management, communicating regular progress reports and ensuring the project is kept on track.

What you'll need to succeed
As a successful foreperson, previous experience managing construction or refurbishment projects as Site No.1 is essential, with demonstrable knowledge of the commercial or public sectors. You will be health & safety focused with good technical knowledge and an eye for this is an imminent requirement, you will be finishing up a current project or be available immediately. Furthermore, you must hold a valid CSR (Site Supervisor), CSCS or SMSTS qualification.
