Trainee Recruitment Consultant - £25K - £27K base salary - 1st year OTE £40K

The construction or "built environment" industry might not as sexy as some markets but it’s stable, fast moving and ever growing.

Look in and around your nearest city, there seems to be a never-ending number of new apartments, office blocks and housing being built, and each project requires hundreds of people to complete.

Recruiting within built environment is hugely lucrative in the UK and even more so in the North America. Our client, one of the UKs top construction recruitment agencies, is now focusing on increasing their footprint across the USA and taking advantage of the higher salaries, which leading to higher fees and more commission for their Consultants.

On joining the business, they will put you through a hands-on, intensive 12 week training academy, fully equipping you to succeed as a Recruitment Consultant. However, the training doesn’t stop there, you will be supported through every stage of your career, including management training once promoted to that level.

The Role:

• Researching your market
• Interviewing candidates
• Building relationships with existing and new clients

The Requirements:

• Degree educated or 1 years sales experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Financially motivated
