The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in corporate property management, delivering complex property projects and handling diverse property transactions such as rent reviews, lease renewals, acquisitions, and disposals.

You'll be skilled in preparing Cabinet reports, policies, and strategies, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive best practices in public sector property management.
