We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a successful team specialising in structural steel with a focus on refurbishment projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual with a strong background in site management to progress into a Project Manager role.

• Oversee and manage site operations for projects.
• Lead and supervise teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure compliance with RAMs and lift plans, maintaining high safety and quality standards.
• Report directly to the Project Manager and provide regular progress updates.
• Manage structural steel refurbishment projects in city centre locations ranging from £4 million to £8 million.

• Minimum of 5 year's experience as a Site Manager within the structural steel sector.
• Proven experience managing projects valued at £2 million+.
• Strong knowledge of RAMs (Risk Assessment and Method Statements) and lift plans.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

• Competitive salary of £65,000 - £70,000
