Site Manager - Fit-Out and Refurbishment

We are working with a leading fit-out and refurbishment specialist in London seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team. With a robust pipeline of projects ahead, this role offers a fantastic opportunity for someone with 5+ years of site management experience in the fit-out of Restaurant and Hospitality sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee on-site operations from start to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Coordinate and manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure strict adherence to health & safety standards, promoting a zero-accident culture.
• Work closely with the Project Manager and Project Director to maintain schedules, address site challenges, and provide progress updates.

Required Qualifications and Certifications:

• CSCS Black Card
• SMSTS Certification
• First Aid Certification
• 5+ years of site management experience in fit-out and refurbishment projects

• Demonstrated experience managing on-site fit-out projects
• Joinery trade background.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and resolve issues.
