The Role of Senior Quantity Surveyor

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor , you will play a leading role in delivering exceptional results across a range of sectors. You'll take ownership of key projects, guide junior team members, and work closely with Directors to ensure smooth delivery.

• End-to-End Project Management : Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from inception through to completion.
• Leadership : Provide guidance to junior staff and collaborate with senior colleagues to maintain high standards.
• Versatility : Deliver on projects across residential, hotel, and commercial sectors, with project values averaging £20m and reaching up to £60m.

What We're Looking For

• Experienced Professional : 4+ years of Quantity Surveying experience, ideally within a consultancy or cost management environment.
• Technical Proficiency : Skilled in pre- and post-contract services with the ability to lead independently.
• Client-Focused : Strong communication skills, confident in client-facing roles, and eager to mentor and develop others.
