An innovative and ambitious Cost Management consultancy with an exceptional portfolio spanning the built environment is seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their thriving Residential and/or Commercial teams in London.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will become an integral part of a talented team delivering high-profile Residential and Commercial Office schemes across London. Working on projects valued at £50M+, you will carry out pre- and post-contract cost management services and lead smaller projects independently from inception to completion.

This is an opportunity to step into a pivotal role where you will not only manage exciting, large-scale developments but also contribute significantly to the continued success and growth of the consultancy.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• MRICS accreditation (or completed a RICS-accredited degree and working towards chartership).
• Strong experience in the Residential or Commercial sectors .
• Expertise in pre- and post-cost management services.
• A proven track record within a cost consultancy or cost management environment.
• A professional, client-facing demeanor and excellent communication skills.
