• Project Leadership : Take charge of a range of complex construction projects, guiding your team of Quantity Surveyors, Assistants, and Apprentices to success.
• Client Collaboration : Serve as the primary point of contact, nurturing client relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
• Key Account Management : Build and grow relationships with key clients while spotting opportunities for future work.
• Service Delivery : Manage the successful execution of QS and PM services, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
• Employer's Agent Role : Lead Design and Build projects, overseeing contracts and acting as the client's trusted advisor.
• Mentorship & Development : Train and support your team, sharing expertise and delivering in-house CPD sessions to help others thrive.
• Networking & Growth : Actively seek new project opportunities and represent the organisation at networking and marketing events.
• Quality Management : Ensure every project follows our Quality Management System for consistent, exceptional results.

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Cost Management, or related field.
• Chartered RICS membership (ideal)
• Proficiency in measurement software (CostX experience is ideal).
• Proven ability to manage large, complex projects independently.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• A strategic, detail-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering excellence.
• Full UK driving license and willingness to travel to project sites.
