Project Team Leader
, offering you the chance to mentor and guide colleagues while delivering exceptional project outcomes.
About the Role
As a key member of the cost consultancy, project management, and employer’s agent team, you’ll collaborate with both internal and external partners to ensure successful project delivery. This role offers a mix of hands-on project management and leadership responsibilities, perfect for someone looking to advance their career in construction consultancy.
Key Responsibilities

Act as the
Contract Administrator
or
Employer’s Agent
across a variety of construction projects, utilizing standard forms of construction contracts.

Liaise with clients to present schemes, discuss project programming, and manage delivery expectations.

Lead the appointment and performance management of Professional Teams.

Conduct regular site visits and issue detailed inspection reports.

Prepare and present feasibility and appraisal reports.

Develop and present outline design proposals, including budget estimations.

Oversee the preparation of full working drawings, contract administration, and tendering processes.

Mentor and train colleagues as part of the Project Team Leader responsibilities.
What We’re Looking For

A
BSc (Hons)
degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying, Project Management, or a related discipline.

Associate membership of
RICS
or an equivalent recognized qualification.

Proven experience in
Construction Project Management
(consultancy experience is highly preferred).

Strong understanding of project lifecycle management, contracts, and team leadership.

Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
