Key Responsibilities

• Oversee project cost control, ensuring budgets are adhered to and financial resources are optimised.
• Conduct budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Prepare, review, and contribute to month-end and quarter-end financial reporting processes.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and align reporting with industry standards.
• Provide in-depth insights into project performance to drive financial efficiency.
• Collaborate with project managers and finance teams to enhance financial oversight in construction operations.

Key Requirements

• Ideally ACCA / CIMA Qualified
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role preferably within the Construction sector
• Strong expertise in cost control, budgeting, and financial analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
