The Senior Construction Project Manager Role
As a Senior Construction Project Manager, you will be entrusted with a broad spectrum of projects across diverse sectors, including industrial, leisure, health, education, residential, office fit-outs, and listed building/conservation. Your role will involve:

Managing a variety of projects spanning different sectors within the construction industry.

Being responsible for daily administrative tasks and overseeing project execution.

Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with colleagues, equity partners, and other stakeholders.

Conducting site visits and ensuring projects align with client expectations and industry standards.

Aspiring to lead and inspire the team through your expertise and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage multiple construction projects across various sectors.

Build and maintain strong professional relationships with all project stakeholders.

Ensure project goals, timelines, and budgets are met.

Demonstrate leadership in guiding project teams and managing resources effectively.

Participate in business development activities, contributing to the growth of the consultancy.
The Senior Construction Project Manager
RICS Chartered Membership (preferred)
-
RICS Chartered Membership (preferred) or intention of achieving it.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Project Management or an equivalent qualification.

A strong background in working within a Consultancy environment.

Experience across varied build sectors with a proven record of successful project delivery.

A full driver's license.
