Key Responsibilities of this Senior Building Surveyor role:

• Lead and manage a range of building surveying projects from inception through to completion.
• Provide expert advice on building condition, defects, and compliance issues.
• Undertake detailed surveys and reports, ensuring high standards of service and accuracy.
• Manage client relationships and deliver technical solutions to meet their needs.
• Supervise and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative team culture.
• Work on commercial, residential, and public sector projects, delivering high-quality results.

Key requirements to be considered for the Senior Building Surveyor role:

• MRICS (or equivalent) Chartered Building Surveyor status.
• Demonstrable experience in building surveying within a consultancy environment.
• Strong technical knowledge across a broad spectrum of building surveying services.
• Experience managing projects and clients, with excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in using relevant software, including AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and solutions-focused approach.
• Live in or near to London.
• Have a full right to work in the UK.
• Have a full UK driving licence.
