We’ve just entered into an exclusive supplier arrangement with a market leading, highly regarded and successful Surveying firm based in (and covering) the South East.

Working with a number of highly prestigious clients within the M25, they are now looking to recruit additional Surveyors as follows:

• AssocRICS/MRICS/FRICS qualified (1 years PQE min.)
• VRS beneficial but not essential (our client does not undertake lender work nor do they focus on volume or points per day)
• Undertaking a private workload of almost exclusively L2 and L3 Surveys with full training provided on the latter for those without sufficient previous exposure
• Low volume, high quality ethos
• Patches and workload built around you (i.e. your location, expertise and preferences)
• Immediate and urgent needs with start dates to accommodate any notice period or preference
• Incredibly secure employment - our client forms part of one of the largest property services groups in Europe
• Fully funded CPD with the APC available for those keen to progress to MRICS

Suitable Surveyors can expect a starting basic salary up to £65k plus car allowance, bonuses, mileage, 8% pension, private medical and 25 days holiday.
