Urgent requirement for a Residential Property Manager overseeing a Property Portfolio in the heart of Zone 1. This role is perfect for someone from a Property/ Block Management background dealing with Landlord and Tenancy matters.

Your new role

• Managing a portfolio predominantly in Mayfair and other central London locations.
• Overseeing: budgets, facilities management, dispute resolution, and complaint handling.
• Preparing compliance reports and recommended actions.
• Handling LPE1 forms, AGM's, and meetings with leaseholders & tenants
• Supervising junior members of staff

What you'll need to succeed

• ARLA Qualified (Level 3/4) or TPI Qualified
• 4+ Years experience in Residential Property

What you'll get in return

• Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 - Depending on Level and experience
